The School of Graduate Studies provides strategic leadership for all graduate programmes and for quality research and scholarship, within and outside of TUM. The SGS communicates the benefits of a graduate education within and beyond the TUM community. It fosters collaborations to ensure that high academic standards are maintained, that diversity across graduate programmes and graduate students is valued and respected, that policies and procedures related to graduate education are fair and consistent, and that providing graduate education and serving graduate students are integral parts of the university mission.
