Admission Documents

Admitted students should prepare the following documents and present them, together with the originals for verification, when reporting to the University.

• Duly completed admission/acceptance letter
• Certified copies of academic certificates and transcripts
• Copy of national ID or birth certificate
• Copy of KCSE result slip / certificate
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Medical examination form (where applicable)
• HELB / scholarship documentation (if applicable)
• Bank deposit slip / fee payment receipt
