The Registrar (Academic Affairs) division is key to the university functions in discharging administrative and academic functions. The office provides secretariat services in the university organ administratively and it is the sole custodian of students’ documents. It is the link between the University Management and students and between stakeholders outside the university and the management. We market the University courses in line with our vision and mission providing the niche required in the market.

Currently we have a population of over 13,000 students. They are in full-time or part-time mode of learning and recently institutional based courses have been brought on board. The division boasts of wealth experienced staff who daily perform the duties of coordinating the students matters in academics. Academically from application, admission, registration, attending to lectures, examinations which culminates with the award / conferment of various certificate, diploma, degrees and postgraduate degrees.

Currently we are offering certificate to doctoral courses to our students at affordable fees in line with vision 2030 of our country. In line with vocational and technical training we have TVET courses to enable us produce hands on graduate in all practical aspects. TUM has what it takes and our staff are well versed, trained and with unrivalled expertise globally.
