Dr. Kilungu Matata is currently the Registrar (Administration and Planning) at the Technical University of Mombasa. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management (JKUAT), MBA (KU), GDE (UoN), and B. Com (UoN). He has over 20 years of experience in training in various local and regional organizations in both full-time and part-time basis. He served as the Chairman of Business Studies Department of the then Mombasa Polytechnic University College in 2010- 2012. He has extensive experience in consultancy in strategic planning, change management, marketing, customer care, curriculum development, staff recruitment and leadership. He served as the CEO of International Leadership Foundation Kenya in 2012. He is a popular public speaker in Kenya the areas of motivation, career management and personal effectiveness and talent management, and human resource management. He has researched and published several papers in refereed journals.
